Distance Sales Agreement

BUYER: Any natural or legal person acquiring, using, or benefiting from a good or service for non-commercial purposes
SITE: The website owned by the SELLER
ORDERING PARTY: The natural or legal person requesting a good or service via the SELLER's website
PARTIES: Refers to the SELLER and BUYER collectively
AGREEMENT: Refers to this contract executed between the SELLER and the BUYER
GOODS: Any tangible movable items and software, sound, image, or similar intangible goods prepared for use in an electronic environment
This Agreement outlines the rights and obligations of the PARTIES concerning the sale and delivery of the product(s) specified below, ordered electronically by the BUYER through the SELLER's website, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Sales Regulation.
The prices listed and advertised on the website represent the sale price. These prices and commitments remain valid until updated or changed. Prices announced for a limited period are valid until the end of the specified period.

If the SELLER organizes a campaign, the main features of the relevant product can be reviewed during the campaign period. The campaign is valid until the specified date.
7.2. Prices listed and advertised on the website represent the sale price. These prices remain valid until updated or changed. Prices announced for a limited period are valid until the end of the specified period.

8.1. The BUYER acknowledges and declares that they have read and understood the preliminary information about the product's basic characteristics, sale price, payment method, and delivery on the SELLER's website and have provided the necessary confirmation electronically.
8.2. Each product will be delivered online within the legal period of 30 days. If this period is exceeded, the BUYER may terminate the Agreement.
