Refund Policy
By placing an order for a product through this website, you agree to the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement provided to you electronically. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Distance Sales Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) as well as other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product. Since there are no shipping costs and products are delivered online, neither the Buyer nor the Seller is responsible for shipping. Each purchased product will be delivered online to the person and/or organization specified by the Buyer within the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, Buyers may terminate the contract. The purchased product must be delivered in full, in accordance with the specifications indicated in the order, and accompanied by documents such as a warranty certificate and user manual, if applicable. If the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the Seller must notify the Buyer in writing within 3 days of becoming aware of the situation. The total amount must be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days.
If the Buyer fails to pay for the purchased product or cancels the payment in bank records, the Seller’s obligation to deliver the product ceases.
If, after the delivery of the product, it is determined that the payment for the product was unlawfully made by unauthorized persons using the Buyer’s credit card and the payment is not received by the Seller from the relevant bank or financial institution, the Buyer must return the product to the Seller within 3 days at the Seller’s expense.
If the Seller is unable to deliver the product on time due to unforeseen circumstances, the Buyer will be informed. The Buyer may choose to cancel the order, replace the product with a similar one, or postpone the delivery until the issue is resolved. If the Buyer cancels the order, the payment will be refunded to them within 14 days if the payment was made in cash. For credit card payments, the refund will be made to the bank within 14 days after cancellation. The bank may take 2-3 weeks to reflect the refund to the Buyer’s account.
The Buyer must inspect the goods or services before accepting delivery. If the goods/services are incomplete, damaged, or different from what was ordered, the Buyer should not accept delivery. Upon accepting delivery, the goods/services will be deemed correct and free from defects. The Buyer must take care of the goods/services after delivery. If the Buyer intends to exercise their right of withdrawal, the goods/services must not be used, and the invoice must also be returned.
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without providing any reason or incurring any penalty by rejecting the product within 14 days from the date of delivery to themselves or the person/organization they specified. If the purchased product is a service, the 14-day withdrawal period begins from the date the contract is signed. If the service has already begun with the consent of the Buyer before the withdrawal period ends, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised. The costs associated with the withdrawal are borne by the Seller. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must send a written notification to the Seller via registered mail or email within 14 days.
If the product being returned was delivered to a third party or the Buyer and the invoice was issued to a business entity, the return must include the return invoice issued by the business. Returns cannot be completed without the return invoice. The product must be returned with the return form, original packaging, and any standard accessories, undamaged and complete.
The Seller must refund the total amount and any documents placing the Buyer in debt within 10 days of receiving the withdrawal notification. The Seller must accept the return of the product within 20 days. If the product’s value decreases or becomes impossible to return due to the Buyer’s fault, the Buyer is responsible for compensating the Seller’s damages in proportion to their fault. However, the Buyer is not responsible for changes or deterioration due to proper use of the product during the withdrawal period. If the withdrawal causes the order to fall below the campaign limit, the discount used during the campaign will be canceled.
Products that are customized according to the Buyer’s request or personal needs, single-use products, products that may expire or deteriorate quickly, products unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons (if unsealed by the Buyer after delivery), products mixed with other goods in a way that they cannot be separated by nature, and digital goods delivered instantly are not eligible for withdrawal. Audio or video recordings, software, or digital content whose packaging has been unsealed by the Buyer are also excluded from the withdrawal right.
If the Buyer defaults on payment made with a credit card, they agree to pay interest as per the credit card agreement with their bank and will be responsible to the bank. In such cases, the bank may pursue legal action, and any expenses and attorney fees incurred will be borne by the Buyer. If the Buyer defaults on payment, they agree to compensate the Seller for any damages incurred due to delayed payment.
Payments can be made via credit card, either as a single payment or in installments. Once an online payment is completed, the transaction amount will be charged to the Buyer’s credit card.
